Call For Presentations

Collaboration and sharing are at the heart of any successful education program. With that in mind, TAPPA would like to encourage you to present a breakout session at the 2025 Annual Conference. Presenting provides you with an excellent opportunity to share your knowledge, experience, and outcomes with your peers in the physical plant administration fields. Abstract submissions should offer education and be designed as thought-provoking presentations that provide practical, timely, and hands-on information in the following areas:

• Sustainability
• Grounds Maintenance
• Custodial Maintenance
• Maintenance and Operations
• Emergency/Risk Management
• Administrative Management, HR, and Support
• Capital Planning
• Design and Construction Management
• Project Management
• Technology

Breakout sessions will be 45-50 minutes in length and a few minutes for Q&A. You may present individually, or as a group. CEU Certified presentations a plus! Joint presentations between Business partners and Educational Institutions are also a plus!

CEFP Re-certification

Attendance at the TAPPA Annual Conference will count as 1 unit per hour with maximum of 10 units towards the 120 units required for CEFP re-certification. Additionally, session presenters will be eligible for 5 units per session that they present.

AIA Continuing Education

We are also accepting AIA approved presentations. Please submit your presentation through AIA.org to receive your AIA approved number.

Call for Presentations deadline Friday December 20, 2024. Presenters will be notified in February 2025.
